Ružica Grad Knights watch over big and small residents of the SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci

Our children and employees received a donation of 152 colourful masks to keep them safe and healthy.

Big hearts and busy hands of our knights and princesses from the Order of Ružica Grad Knights in Orahovica made sure that every resident of our Children's Village, big or small, received a most knightly protective mask to drive away all the viruses in this world. 152 colourful masks of different sizes protect not only our respiratory system, but also our hearts and faith in the power of good to overcome all hardships.

If the circumstances were normal and healthy, right now we would be working with our friends from the NGO Order of Ružica Grad Knights in Orahovica on arranging their next visit and designing a special programme for our anniversary. However, while these difficult times have put a physical distance between us, socially we are still as close as ever. Our dear friend and the president of the NGO Mr. Vlado Grgić contacted our Village to check how we were. We were also happy to hear that everyone in the NGO was doing well too. We found out that their swords, bows and arrows, maces, shields and armours are safe in storage, awaiting healthier times, because they can’t be used to combat viruses.

Zoran Relić, the director of SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci, expressed our gratitude for this valuable and helpful donation: “Thank you, dear friends, for watching over us in times good and bad!”
