SOS day on Bundek

On Saturday in Zagreb's Bundek we hve celebrated SOS Day, organized by SOS Children's Village Croatia, which brought together a large number of visitors. Drawings, stories, plays and dance, children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik enriched program that they have presented. SOS Children's Village has spent his day with citizens, who responded to the action in great numbers, and once again showed how gladly respond to humanitarian action and that they have no problem to help the youngest.


- We are glad that this day has attracted a large number of visitors who purchase their presence and supported this action. We are happy that we have the support of so many people that just gives us extra strength for further action. I hope that all visitors are well entertained and that we bring happy memories to SOS Day - said the National Director of SOS Children's Village Croatia, Višnja Tuškan-Krupić.


Action, in addition to entertainment, had a humanitarian character, offering people the opportunity SOS purchase products and books, which are supported by joint action of SOS Children's Village Croatia and label Mosaic books, which from every sold book donated one kuna for children from the SOS children's villages.

Speech therapy for all the children in Lekenik and Glina

SOS Children's Village Lekenik will continue to implement a project of speech therapy diagnostics, treatment and counselling for all the children in the Lekenik Municipality and the Township of Glina. So far, as many as 587 children have been included in this project.
