Twelfth Night, a play

Members of the drama club in the SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci also joined in the holiday celebrations by putting on a holiday-themed play called Twelfth Night.

All the children and their SOS mothers and aunts gathered in the lavishly decorated Pumpkin House to enjoy the work of our young actors and offer them their support. For 30 minutes, Martina, Zdenka, Dragana, Sara, Antonija, Matej, Thomson, Patrik and Tomislav became kings, stars, angels and shepherds. Their goal was to remind their audience of the values that really matter, especially during the holiday season.
Our children also demonstrated their other talents in various competitions marking the end of the year. Our fifth graders Stiven and Krešimir proved their airplane modeling skills at the air meet in Osijek. Matej, Hrvoje, Ivan, Valentino, Novela and Antonija were very successful at the inter-school swimming competition. They competed for their swimming club “Baltazar”. To all our girls and boys, congratulations on all your accomplishments!
