BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance and SOS Children's Village Lekenik join forces in the “More Flowers, Less Trash” campaign

BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance and children from the SOS Children's Village Lekenik joined forces in the campaign called “More Flowers, Less Trash”; to celebrate Earth Day, they planted flowers and installed trash cans.

As part of our Eco Patrol playgroup’s activities in SOS Children's Village Lekenik, and to celebrate Earth Day, employees of BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance and children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik joined forces and planted flowers around the Village to make the grounds and the Village as a whole more beautiful. They also participated in the creative workshop where they thought up various original ways of painting trash cans to help remind the children that proper waste disposal is vital to the environmental protection.
“We wanted to contribute to environmental protection and beautify children’s surroundings in the SOS Children's Village while playing and having fun together”, said Ana Ivančić, President of the BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance Management Board.
“Our children in Eco Patrol were delighted to welcome our friends from BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance and take part in the project of beautifying SOS Children's Village Lekenik”, said Mario Čović, the director of SOS Children's Village Lekenik.
