INA hands a Christmas donation to SOS Children's Village Croatia

In addition to supporting various projects of the association SOS Children's Village Croatia throughout the year, INA Oil Company also handed over a Christmas donation in the amount of HRK 100 000 to the Association.

Mr. Mario Čović, director of SOS Children's Village Lekenik, accepted the donation from Marina Burazer, director of INA’s Corporate Communications Sector, who said: “Now that we have entered the gift-giving portion of the year it seems like the right time to make the holidays even better for our little friends from the SOS Children's Villages. I am happy that we can wrap up this year’s partnership with the donation in the Christmas season.”

In his thanks for the donation, Mario Čović said: “During this holiday season, SOS Children's Village Lekenik will be living out its own fairy tale. Acquaintances and strangers, well-intentioned people, friends, people from far away and those close to us want to share the magic of Christmas with us, and our family houses now feel even warmer, providing our children with more opportunities to play, laugh and be happy. We would like to thank good people from INA for the joy that our children are feeling, for all the dreams coming true, for the support of our true friends. We all know friends visit each other, undertake projects together, plan their future, complement each other, support each other and celebrate together. That our collaboration with INA contains all of these elements is what makes it such a wonderful and genuine friendship.”

Before the handover of donation, children from the SOS Children's Village Lekenik who attend the literary, drama and music workshops in the Hermann Gmeiner Social Center performed a special show, and at the end of the get-together, Ištvan Varga and Gabrijela Pilić, dancers from the popular TV show Dancing with Stars gave a brief dancing lesson for the children.
