Tatjana Josipović visits SOS Children's Village Lekenik

Tatjana Josipović met with an SOS family and SOS mother Božena, who told her more about living in the SOS Children's Village Lekenik.

Ms. Josipović visited the SOS Children's Village Lekenik, fulfilling the promise she gave in the spring, when she visited the Village officially to celebrate the 20th anniversary of SOS Children's Village Croatia. She wanted to see our children again and experience daily life in the SOS Children's Village.
Ms. Josipović attended the dress rehearsal for our Christmas pageant and was delighted by the wonderful and diverse performances of the children who participate in various creative workshops in the Social Center. After the dress rehearsal, the First Lady spent time with the children and paid a visit to an SOS family in the company of Višnja Tuškan-Krupić, director of SOS Children's Village Croatia, and Mario Čović, director of SOS Children's Village Lekenik. SOS mother Božena, who has been working in the Children's Village Lekenik since it opened in 1993, told the First Lady Tatjana Josipović more about the way of life in the SOS family.
