“One Step Further”, a course for children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik

Erste Invest, Erste&Steiermärkische Banka, Zagrebačka burza and BNP Paribas Cardif osiguranje put together a training course called “One Step Further”, designed to present a range of career options to the children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik.

Under the auspices of the “One Step Further” campaign, Erste Invest, BNP Paribas Cardif osiguranje, Zagreb Stock-Exchange and Erste & Steiermärkische Bank organized a training course for the children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik. Children in the upper grades of primary school learned more about different career opportunities and about the professional duties of employees in the companies that played host to children during the course.

Additionally, children had the opportunity to visit the actual work places and interact with the people who work there. They also visited the branch of the Erste & Steiermärkische Bank in the Vukovar Street and the Zagreb Stock Exchange, where they watched a film on the history of stock trading.
The meeting was eventful, engaging and filled with laughter. Children asked many interesting questions.
We are confident this cooperation will continue in the future, to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
