Medtronic employees paint the SOS Poppy House

During our annual maintenance works in the Village, the diligent Medtronic employees refreshed the walls of the SOS Poppy House in Lekenik with a fresh coat of white paint.

Employees of Medtronic, the global leader in medical technology, returned to the SOS Children's Village Lekenik for their annual visit. As long-time donors, they once again contributed to the happy childhood of children who found their home in our SOS families.
Every year, we undertake various renovation and maintenance projects in our SOS Village, working on facilities and grounds both, all with the support and help of many companies. This year, Medtronic employees came to the SOS Children's Village Lekenik to repaint the living room, children’s rooms and the front of the SOS Poppy House, with the help of SOS family members, SOS co-workers and Village handymen.

For the past several years Medtronic has been supporting and helping SOS Children's Villages by covering the annual utility bills of the SOS family living in the Poppy House. They took the opportunity to visit the children living in this SOS family and surprise them with gifts that will come in handy during this year’s vacation.
