23rd Association Assembly takes place

Regular 23rd Assembly of the Association SOS Children's Village Croatia took place on June 10, 2014, in restaurant Bon Appétit in Zagreb.

At the Assembly of Association SOS Children's Village Croatia, we presented a report on the work of the Association in the past period as well as our current activities, and this year we also elected three new Association members, Prof. Tatjana Josipović, LL.D., Ms. Olga Šarlog-Bavoljak, LL.B., and Mr. Borna Lulić, M.Sc.
We are happy that after many years of being our friend, Prof. Tatjana Josipović formally joined the Association SOS Children's Village Croatia. All our new members are now part of the big family dedicated to the cause of helping the children and youth living in SOS Children's Village Croatia.Mr. Tom Malvet was appointed a new member of the Association Board of Directors during the session of the Assembly.

The Assembly approved the opinion of the auditor UHY RUDAN Ltd., a tax consulting and auditing company, after the completed financial audit for 2013, which states that “the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the SOS Children's Village Croatia as of December 31, 2013 and the results of its operations and its cash flows in 2013, in conformity with the International Financial Reporting Standards.”
