In sunshine and in rain, the Prague adventure continues

They say that to be truly rich is to have many friends. It that saying is true, SOS Children's Village Croatia is richer than any man on Earth.

Thanks to our dear friends from the civic association ‘Vlaštovka’, children from SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci recently took a trip to Prague.

The honour of discovering the capital of the Czech Republic was bestowed on 41 children from Ladimirevci, who embarked on their Czech adventure accompanied by their SOS mothers and Village director Zoran Relić. Immediately upon their arrival, the merry band got their first dose of adrenaline – they spent the sunny Monday in Aquapark, where, in their own words, they had a ‘wildly good time’!

On Tuesday, they paid a visit to the Croatian Embassy, and not even the non-stop rain could spoil their experience of touring the beautiful zoo, where they explored every nook and cranny.

After their lengthy walk in the rain, they needed to rest their feet and eat a delicious lunch, as preparation for their afternoon visit to the Children’s Home in Benešov. In addition to experiencing this beautiful city, our children’s stay in Prague was enriched by the kind hosts, who welcomed them with open arms and catered to their every wish. The Prague adventure of SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci will continue in the future as well.
