Red Riding Hood from Lekenik and Wolf from Sisak conquer Šibenik

Once again, the children from SOS Children's Village Lekenik are the talk of Šibenik.

They performed the play Red Riding Hood from Lekenik and Wolf the Redpants from Sisak in front of around hundred spectators at the John Paul II Square in Šibenik.

Given that this is the fourth year in a row that they performed at the International Children’s Festival in Šibenik, we can safely say that members of our drama club or more specifically, of our Little Fairy Tale Theatre, are now seasoned theatre professionals.
This year they feel particularly honoured, because the motto of this year’s festival, now in its 55th year, is – ‘only the best from the best’. Rusmir Agačević, the director of the SOS Children's Village Lekenik drama club, is especially proud of them.

‘This is another proof that hard work and love for theatre leads to wonderful results. SOS Children's Village Lekenik Little Fairy Tale Theatre has been selected to perform at one of the most important children’s festivals for the fourth year in a row. And the part that brings us special joy is the fact that this year’s motto of the Festival is “only the best from the best”. I am thankful to everyone who supports the SOS Children's Village Lekenik Little Fairy Tale Theatre’, said Rusmir Agačević.
