The team of Good Morning Croatia sees Marko and Igor off on their adventure

Students Marko and Igor, both aged 25, embarked on a new athletic adventure on July 22. These two adrenaline chasers embarked on a bike tour from Zagreb to their final destination of Makarska.

Marko and Igor are planning to cover 2000 km in 20 days, and because they wanted to give it purpose that goes beyond mere physical feat, they decided to use the tour to spread the idea of happy childhood and raise awareness of SOS Children's Village Croatia.

Their admirable campaign has been noticed by many different media outlets, among them the HTV morning show Good Morning Croatia, which aired a live interview with them on the day of their departure.

After a brief and pleasant talk, the hosts Sanja and Jelena wished our boys a safe journey and posed with them for their first selfie. The boys will use the immense popularity of selfies on social networks to report from every stage on their route, and if you share their selfies with a #sretnodjetinjstvo hashtag and call the charity helpline 060 90 55, you will help children and young people in SOS Children's Village Croatia.
