The magic of dance, dancing stars and human kindness

When people gather around the table to enjoy good food in pleasant company, it creates a special mood. And when you add fundraising for charity to this recipe, what you get in return is – Dinner with a Message.

The leaders of this well-known project have recognized the work of Association SOS Children's Village Croatia and decided to help children and young people without parents or parental care. Dinner with a Message was hosted by famous award-winning dancers who also appeared in TV show “Dancing with the Stars” and all proceeds from the dinner went to SOS Children's Village Croatia.
The dinner was attended by numerous dancers, Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandić and popular singer Giuliano. The program for the evening included performances by professional dancers who delighted the audience. They were accompanied by the band whose music provided a fun backdrop for the evening.

During the evening, a valuable donation was raised for the children in the care of SOS Children's Village Croatia. SOS CVC national director Višnja Tuškan-Krupić thanked the attendees: “On behalf of the children, young people and everyone else from the SOS Children's Village Croatia, I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the organizers of this worthy project, and to our hostesses, dancers from “Dancing with the Stars”, Tamara, Petra, Ana, Gabriela and Marija, for making sure that the funds raised tonight will go to our Association SOS Children's Village Croatia. We will use them to purchase school supplies for our children in SOS Children's Villages Lekenik and Ladimirevci. I am thankful to all the guests and Mr. Bandić, the Mayor of Zagreb, for responding to our invitation and attending this dinner. By buying the ticket, they made a significant contribution to the work of SOS Children's Village Croatia.”
