In the children’s world of honesty and kindness, the good always triumphs over evil!

Through numerous rehearsals and whole-hearted commitment to the dramatic arts, kids in SOS Children's Village Lekenik prove once again that they were born to be actors.

This time they wowed the audience with a brand new play, called Little Skyscrapers.

The preview of the play Little Skyscrapers took place in the theatrical setting of the SOS Children's Village Lekenik Social Centre on Wednesday, June 15. The play is based on the story by the SOS external collaborator Rusmir Agačević, who also directed the play.

Our little actors Vito, Matija, Gabrijela, Lorena, Manuela, Petra, Martina, Marko, Josipa, SOS mother Iskra and psychologist Lovorka took us on a journey through a world of mirrors, elves and fairies, witches, trolls and international police, showing once again how much kindness, honesty and fairness there is inside every child and proving that good always triumphs over evil, truth always triumphs over lies and light is always stronger than darkness.

After the play, the delighted audience showed its appreciation by calling the cast to the stage three times. We wish them a safe trip and a successful performance in Šibenik, where they will be appearing at the International Children’s Festival on June 30. It will be their fifth time at this renowned festival.
