A working Saturday in SOS Children's Village Lekenik

Is there a better place for a working weekend than SOS Children's Village Lekenik? This lovely location is precisely where 30 volunteers from the IT company ReversingLabs d.o.o. chose to spend their weekend.

As part of their CSR volunteering activities, the young IT experts joined forces and did a first-class job. They “dressed up” the exteriors in the SOS Children's Village Lekenik in new colors, painting the fences, benches, swings and slides at the children’s playground.

They also delighted the residents of the SOS Iris House and SOS Rose House by donating new children’s beds and desks that they also helped assemble. Additionally, SOS Water Lilly House will be receiving new living room furniture.

Despite working hard, volunteers from ReversingLabs d.o.o. enjoyed every moment they spent in Lekenik. And why wouldn’t they, when they had such great assistants – boys and girls from the SOS Children's Village!

Thanks to the pleasant company and sunny weather, they enjoyed their Saturday work until afternoon. After completing the job, they sat down to have a delicious, well-deserved lunch. They departed from SOS Children's Village Lekenik with full hearts and many great impressions, knowing that our doors would always be open for them.
