Speech therapy project as an example of good practice

At the invitation of Rotary District 1913 Croatia, director of SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci Zoran Relić and speech therapist Anja Kantor attended the District Seminar on Rotary Foundation in Varaždin.

They were invited to the seminar to share with the Rotary Club members their experience in developing a good practice with the help of the global grant that Rotary Club Zagreb Dora received for the funding of the speech therapy project in SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci entitled ‘I Read Better, I Write Better and I Speak Better”.

Speech therapist Anja Kantor spoke about the implemented activities and their results, while director of SOS Children's Village Ladimirevci Zoran Relić thanked the Rotary District 1913 Croatia and especially the Rotary Club Zagreb Dora and did a presentation on the sustainability of the project after it completes its run in 2019.

We are extraordinarily lucky to have support for such a major speech therapy project, a service that is essential to children in our care.
